Moore County Schools
The 22 public schools that make up the
Moore County School System
had an enrollment of 11,250 student for the 2001-2002 school year. The system
employs more than 1,500 individuals in full or part-time
positio ns.
As an alternative form of public schooling, two charter schools are available.
